Blending traditional elements of pranayama and meditation with a contemporary asana practice, all backed by a bangin' playlist. Just like a complete in-studio experience. DAILY DROP-IN MENU
A selection of classes and new releases that is refreshed weekly every Sunday. We create the menu, so you can get to practicing straight away.
QUICKIES
A mix of classes, 20 minutes or less, designed to be standalone or add-ons to your practice. Here you will find shorter classes and spicy Yoga inspired workouts for when you're short on time.
COMPLETE
60 minute classes that take the extra time to tune into a longer, in-studio experience. We explore more meditation, pranayama, connection and depth in a wider range of postures. Great for when you have a little extra time to practice and are seeking more depth.
STRENGTH
Our most popular category - maybe because of it's name! These 45-minute classes are made to build strength in the body and resilience in the mind. We focus on the core, arms, legs, back, a little bit of death by Chaturanga, and everything else in between. Get ready to sweat!
FLEXIBILITY
These 45-minute classes lengthen and strengthen the body. We create space in the hips, hamstrings, side body and more to increase flexibility in a safe, nurturing way. The end goal being to explore postures like Splits, Bird Of Paradise and Compass pose with more accessibility.
BALANCE
The focus of these 45-minute classes is to build the strength, steadiness and focus needed to explore your limits in all balancing postures. Classes focus on a different single leg balance, that leads to arm balances and inversions. Think Eagle legs while you are upside down!
STEADY
Encourage yourself to slow it down and connect in with these 45-minute classes. The focus turns to alignment, breath and depth in each posture. This is great starting place to build strong foundations, or for those preferring it a little slower and steadier.
RELEASE
These 30-minute classes are designed for you to slow it down, stretch it out and release that tension. Whether that's tight hips, a stiff neck or a sore back, each class is about starting your day right or ending it with a good release. Make these shorter classes a part of your daily routine!
PAST CHALLENGES
Every class from every evolv. challenge lives here. These practices are 30 minutes long and build on each other from day one to day ten. Challenge yourself to 10 days of Yoga, or simply enjoy these classes on their own.

Build knowledge and progress your practice with our asana tutorials. These are like mini workshops for those technical poses. Work on components in the comfort of your own space, then take them to studio classes with confidence!

We share our own style of Vinyasa (flow) yoga that is grounded in the ancient roots of Yoga but curated to suit a modern practice. We incorporate the traditional elements of asana, pranayama and meditation into every class and set it all to a curated Spotify playlist. Classes do vary in pace and intensity, depending on the category's intention, but the structure is consistent throughout. It allows us to create a well-rounded experience by preparing the body to meet the challenge, then returning it to ease.
I'M NEW TO YOGA, IS EVOLV. FOR ME?
Absolutely! The STEADY and RELEASE categories are perfect for those newer to Yoga and wanting to build strong foundations. But all of our classes can be adjusted to suit all levels.
But remember, it's called evolv. for a reason! We want you to progress in your practice with us. So while some classes might feel difficult to begin with, we always give options in every class to suit your level.

Our classes are pre-recorded for your convenience. You can practice anywhere, anytime. All you need is yourself, internet and a Yoga mat - if you use one. In some classes we do use props, however, there are always options given if you don't have them.
DO THE CLASSES HAVE MUSIC?
Yes and no. All of our classes are curated to amazing playlists on Spotify - that way you can choose if you want to practice with music or not. If you don't want music, don't turn it on. If you want to practice with music, hit play on the Spotify playlist and let the beats energise your flow!
