This retreat is held at the incredible Donnelly Lakes Chalets in Pemberton, with meals lovingly prepared by Danielle (The Mind Body Nutritionist) and includes daily practice, asana workshops, yoga philosophy, massage & other retreat activities.

PRACTICE
2-3 hours of daily pranayama and asana practice. Dive deep into the practice of Yoga as we explore a wide range of postures and pranayama techniques.
PONDER
Immerse yourself in daily philosophy discussion. Ponder the important lessons of this ancient practice and together we discuss ways to incorporate them into daily life.
PLAY
Movement workshops and asana labs to take your understanding to new levels. We break down key postures as a group and learn how to explore them in a safe and nurturing way.
PAUSE
Stillness, silence, meditation. An opportunity to slow down and tune in. Each day we make time for meditation, silence and self reflection.
PAMPER
Enjoy a full body massage treatment from our amazing massage therapists.
REPLENISH
Soul nourishing food with friends. All your meals are lovingly prepared by Danielle (The Mind Body Nutritionist) and enjoyed amongst nature.

Donnelly Lakes Chalets is nestled on the banks of the Donnelly river, with more than a kilometre of private river frontage to explore. It is the ultimate in peace, privacy and secluded beauty.
Each self-contained chalet comes with a private deck, hot tub, wifi, full kitchen, air conditioning, cosy wood fire, private lakeside jetty and even a canoe to explore the lake.
Stunning trails run alongside the Donnelly River and out through the property. Take time during breaks to go for a wander, or follow the trails back and forth to the Yoga shala each day.

Accommodation at our retreat consists of 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom chalets. There is also one 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom chalet.
You have the option to book a Twin Share Room or Private Room.
We only have 3 Private Rooms available so get in quick if you want to save your own space! There are no Private Chalet options.
If you are booking with your partner, book the twin share room for each of you and we can join the beds to make a King Bed.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
There are 2 payment options. You can either pay in full or in 4 monthly instalments. Read the booking links below carefully to make sure you are booking your desired room and payment option. All payment options are per person prices.

This retreat is led by Christine from evolv. yoga and Nat from Yoga South West. Together they have over 20 years of experience in the yoga space.
They have worked closely together for many years, teaching in-studio classes and hosting a range of workshops, intensives and retreats.
Our students often describe us as the Yin and the Yang, a perfect balance of energies.

I'M NEW TO YOGA, CAN I COME?
Yes, absolutely.
This is an 8-day practice intensive, with the physical aspect being a strong focus. We practice 3+ hours of Yoga each day. So we recommend you having a current regular practice.
However, there is still plenty of time to rest and if you need to take a break or skip a class, that's completely fine.
You can also expect to learn about Yoga philosophy, pranayama techniques, meditation and more. So if you're new to Yoga, you will definitely leave this retreat with a greater understanding of what Yoga can be, on and beyond the mat.

DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?
Short answer, no.
All Yoga related things are provided - mats, blocks, bolsters, blankets, etc. All meals are catered for.
However, we encourage you to bring your own Yoga mat and anything else the you can't live without for a week.
You will receive an email with a suggested packing list before the retreat.

Donnelly Lakes Chalets is located at 255 Storry Road, Peerabeelup. It's roughly 20 minutes drive from Pemberton. Travel to and from the Retreat will be arranged by yourself. If you're coming from Perth, it's around a 3.5 hour drive.
