This retreat is as much about the place as it is the practice, mixing the joys of tropical living with daily practice and workshops, great food, better company, and plenty of time to relax.
Alchemy Retreat is held at the incredible Hotel Komune Resort in Bali, with accomodation, brunch and dinner included, plus daily morning and evening practice, workshops, massage & loads of time for you!
EARTH
Tune in and connect to yourself. Set intentions, land in the moment, leave your day to day life behind. Earth day is about grounding and Yoga Nidra to tune you in straight away.
FIRE
Bring the heat, break a sweat! Power Vinyasa, peak postures and a bangin' playlist, combining all the elements we love about our style of yoga. And unlocking the power of your breath through it.
WATER
Move with effortless momentum. The concept of time fades. Your attention fully immersed in what we're doing. That's Flow state. Explore fluidity in practice and workshop what flow state means.
AIR
Break down the key components of arm balances and inversions, then take flight in class! Going upside down can be scary but we will learn how to get there with confidence.

Set on the lush and unspoilt East Coast of Bali, Hotel Komune Resort and Beach Club is blessed with a hypnotising view of the world famous Keramas surf break. With its pristine volcanic beach, this beachfront Bali resort offers a wonderful experience of spending leisure time in a natural luxury hotel. With retreat programming being mornings and evenings, there is plenty of time to unwind throughout the day.
ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS
Accommodation at Alchemy Retreat consists of Hotel Komune resort rooms. Each room features your choice of a queen bed or two single beds with a private ensuite with shower. You can choose between a private room or shared room option.
Private: Enjoy your own resort room just for you.
Twin Share: Share your resort room with another guest.
Buddy Up: Bring a buddy and share your resort room at a discounted price.
You will be able to upgrade your room to a Komune suite or Beach Front suite (for Private or Buddy Up purchases) after purchasing your retreat spot.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
All payment options are per person prices. Choose between Private or Twin Share option. A special 'Buddy Up' price is available for shared Resort rooms. To redeem this offer, you and your buddy must book together or with 24 hours of each other. You can upgrade your rooms after purchase.

- 1 x 50-minute massage.

I'M NEW TO YOGA, CAN I COME?
Yes, absolutely!
Think of this as a 5-day yoga holiday. We practice for 2 hours each morning and workshop for 2 hours in the afternoon. In between is your time for reading, hanging, swimming, chatting, and everything else you do on a holiday. While we recommend you having a current regular practice, it's not essential.

DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?
Short answer, no.
All Yoga related things are provided - mats, blocks, bolsters, blankets, etc.
However, we encourage you to bring your own Yoga mat and anything else the you can't live without.
You will receive an email with a suggested packing list before the retreat.
WHAT'S THE DAILY SCHEDULE?
Some things in life are best kept as a surprise 🙃
You can trust that we have thoughtfully planned out our daily schedule.
But if you must know, here's a glimpse of what a day at retreat may look like:

HOW DO I GET THERE?
Hotel Komune is located at Keramas in Bali. Fly into Ngurah Rai International Airport and get a transfer to Hotel Komune. You can organise your transfer directly with Hotel Komune, organise a taxi at the airport, or if you're feeling confident, book a private car on arrival through the Gojek or Grab app.
